All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking within 3 business days. While we strive for all packages to get to our customers safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen once they leave our building. If tracking is confirmed as delivered, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding your order. Please call your local post office if you have an troubles with your packages. All USPS Priority Mail has $50 worth of insurance, and you can make a claim through their website.
